Experiment of the day: I marinated this chicken in the peri peri sauce and honey. And cooked it for 14 minutes in the air fryer.

I realized I hadn’t made cabbage stir fried with mustard seeds[https://cookpad.com/ke/recipes/6989520-quick-cabbage-with-mustard-seeds] in a long time. The recipe I have looks like this with cayenne pepper as well. Finishing it with a squeeze of lemon or lime takes it to the next level.

And this week’s pot of beans were Bertolli’s with a bit of heat. The beans were seasoned with garlic, bay leaves, Mexican oregano, and Sirārakhong Hāthei chile powder (smoky and a bit spicy).

I did cheat with some basmati rice today. I have quite a bit to use up.
