I am trying to find Manhattan restaurants with a similar dish. Anyone tried something like this?

Mushrooms + Truffle isn’t particularly novel. A lot of Italian restaurants has served it at some point. Alice has it sometimes as a special. Something similar was on Rezdora’s regional pasta tasting before. Mushrooms aren’t in season though, so you might not find them on the menu. Wait till late Spring and you might have a better chance then.
