1 zucchini shredded
1 fennel bulb sliced very thin
1/4 cup torn mint leaves
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 can of Great Northern Beans
1 can of tuna
Salt and pepper to taste

Wow something new to try! I’ve never had fennel before but I think I’ll get one this week. Looks great!
