I canned a batch of Salsa Verde from the All New Ball Book of Canning and Preserving back in January. Tonight I decided to make the Enchilada Suiza recipe that is paired with it in the book. Soooo good. I’ve also used the salsa to can Chili Chicken Verde from the book and to make another recipe. Definitely going to be making another batch of this!
