Finnish Laskiaispulla (Shrovetide buns)

    Ingredients:

    Buns

    Whipped cream

    Marzipan or Strawberry Jam

    ​

    Directions:

    1. Add 2,5dl of whipping cream and 3 tbs of sugar in mixing container and mix it until in becomes thick.
    2. Cut buns in half
    3. Add marzipan or strawberry jam inside the bun
    4. Add the freshly made whipped cream inside the bun
    5. Put the cap back on top
    6. Enjoy!

  2. why is there marzipan on there, ive never seen marzipan in a laskiaispulla in 20 years
