    Burnt omelette person had me with their confidence. I thought: well okay, you think that’s a good omelette but it’s a little too cooked for my taste but whatever you do you etc.

    But you’re right, OP. This chili n sour cream topped thing is MUCH better looking. Take my upvote.

    I’d go as far as to say burnt omelette man made a crispy egg dish that wasn’t omelette.

    Yours is an actual well made omelette with stuff on (that I don’t think goes but that’s a matter of taste) so you are ahead for me.
