    One of my go to dinners the last few weeks has been fish with carrots, onions and garlic. Depending on the fish it has like 80 kcal per 100g, so the oil needed to sautee the veggies is almost the biggest calorie bringer XD

  3. Breakfast: oatmeal packet (160) boiled/poached egg (80) fruit by the oz(60) =300

    Snack: 2 low carb tortillas (50/each) with lettuce and cheese (50)= 150

    Lunch: broccolli/about 2 servings (70), 140g chicken breast (230) = 300

    Dinner: 4 oz steak (280), 220g potatoes (160) vegetables by the oz (110)= 550

    Snack: turkey (50) sandwich w/low carb bread (50 each) = 150

    Some of this you’d have to weigh out, like the veggies and fruit however much of that makes up the target calorie amount
