(Recipe on next slide) This is one of my cozy favorites. The recipe calls for a chickpea flour or other flours, which is great but I found that Bob’s Red Mill Gluten- Free, all purpose flour works best. One of the main ingredients is chickpeas! I serve the stew with a hefty lemon wedge and red pepper flakes as well.

I also highly suggest serving it with a simple fennel salad. (Like suggested in the cook book). All you do is shave a few bulbs of fennel and toss it with lemon, olive oil and salt and pepper. Simple but so delicious. I hope someone tries it!
