Yesterday I had savory. Today is sweet –
Thick cut old fashioned oats, cooked in rice cooker with chia seeds (I added about 1/4+ cup chia seeds and an extra 1/4 cup water to my 2 cups oatmeal+ water ratio). After the oats were done I added 1 cup mixed berries. This bowl is about 1/4 of the batch.

To the berry chia oatmeal I added 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (full fat), 1 tsp flax meal, 1 small handful of walnuts, and 2 tsp maple syrup.

Question about grains, fruit, and veg ratio — I feel this is heavy on the grains/light on the veg/fruit. Is it okay to just double up on veg later? In other words, is it okay if I think of my MD as a “what I eat during the whole day” instead of “what I eat at each meal”?
