El Nevado from Colombia — Jubilee Roasters in Denver.

9/10 cup for my liking.

The intellectual review: Hints of raisin along with brown spice and up front nutty flavors and back end vegetative acidic notes. The cup develops into a big bold tobacco driven cup as it cools.

Compliment with a pastry.

Explaining it to my buddies review: It’s a bright ass cup of coffee probably best for mornings with a pastry. Really liked it but you have to be ready for the vegetable green onion acidic finish. As it cools off the flavor gets big like tobacco. Really good.

Roaster description: Melon, milk chocolate, raisin, panela.

After reading roaster notes review: Agree with their descriptions. Brown sugar notes are more apparent after reading it and the milk chocolate could be what I’m tasting as sugar notes.

Thanks for reading.
