Guess I’m heating up both chicken and beef stock today.
Lots of prep work and the potatoes may wait until next weekend. Chicken is already cut up. Need to cut up the beef and all the veggies and then we roll.
I was excited to see I can do everything but the potatoes in one canner run. I didn’t plan on beef Stroganoff but I had some mushrooms that needed to be used and chuck roast was on sale
