Tabbouleh (I forgot the cucumber)
Pressure cooker pinto beans (https://ohsodelicioso.com/instant-pot-pinto-beans/)
Roasted veg: 1 head cauliflower, 1 head broccoli, and about 1 cup small potatoes drizzled with olive oil, sprinkled with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and about 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.

This was kind of an odd mix of flavors, but not bad. I have a bunch of random leftovers in my fridge. Normally I would’ve had beans and rice (and cheese), but keeping the MD in mind, I had the tabbouleh and veggies instead. Although the pinto beans are more “Mexican” in their flavor profile, I think they still work as a starchy protein here?

As a newbie, are these instructions close enough for a recipe? I have been cooking for a long time and don’t always measure, but I understand how some really need more specifics.
