Excellent experience. High attention to detail, very meditative space, silent, low lights – references from tea ceremony philosophy. 3 different types of shari at different temperatures, and different acidity levels. 3 different types of wasabi. Not a place for talking loudly – if you’re into more meditative eating, couldn’t recommend enough.
