Cooked 1/8 head of purple cabbage in salted butter, onion powder, and garlic powder to taste. then cooked an egg in the leftover butter in cast iron pan. Dressed in organic dijon and freshly grated parmesean. It was really good, vitamin and mineral packed and maybe 300 cal

Buttters not part of the Mediterranean diet and I really miss it.
Eggs and cabbage go great together. I made an omelette with shredded cabbage and onion, it was delicious.
