Ingredients – 100g dark cooking chocolate, 3xmedium eggs . Separate the eggs, melt the chocolate. Cool it for a few minutes. Stir the yolks into the chocolate. Whisk egg whites to stiff peaks. Fold the egg whites into the chocolate gently – pour into four ramekins. (Additional options – add a dash of rum to chocolate, or a pinch of sugar to egg whites before whisking. Decorate with sprinkles or whatever – enjoy – EDIT TO ADD- eggs in this recipe are raw so check your local food standards advice if you are unsure.
