But I don’t know where else to ask. I’m assuming the first 5 are NOT safe, but is the clicking also bad? Half of the cans of cat food I ordered does it and it scares me.

It looks like they’re all damaged and it’s pretty obvious they’ve lost their seal. I’d return them.
Not safe, I would try to return them if you can. Definitely do not feed them to your animals.
