    Wanted some quality fuel before heading out for a full day of outdoor climbing!

    Wholegrain sourdough bread, toasted and topped with:

    * Red pepper hummus (1 can of chickpeas, clove of garlic, roasted red pepper, lemon juice, EVOO)
    * Over easy eggs
    * A sprinkle of feta
    * Chopped dill

    Served with a side of pummelo and some homemade sauerkraut
