This is for one person/bowl, double or triple according to your needs.
**Ingredients:**
– 3 fresh/frozen sausage patties (I use bulk precooked frozen)
– 1/4 (ish) cup all purpose flour
– 1/2 (ish) cup milk of your preference
– 2 Eggs
– Slice of Swiss
– 4 Pita Bites (I use what I have on hand, use biscuits or sandwich bread is another option)
– Spices: Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder, Paprika

Start by throwing frozen sausage in a pan on high heat, cook for a few minutes on one side, flip and start to rough chop with spatula into bite size pieces. Add flour and toss sausage so it’s thoroughly coated and flour lightly browned add milk and spices until desired consistency and flavor. Pour Gravy into bowl, top with swiss. Reduce stove heat to med-high, crack the eggs into the pan, add spices, and scramble til desired consistency. Pour over Gravy and swiss, garnish with dill weed/chives to be extra fancy and toasted pita bites (or biscuits). Oh and hot sauce, because duh.
