I used Momofuku products for this but they’re likely easily subbed:
-a mix of Momofuku soy and scallion and Momofuku tingly spice noodle (different noodle shapes)
-cooked noodles tossed in blitzed spinach with olive oil and the flavouring packets from the noodles and a few tbsp of Momofuku chili crunch
-topped with: host honey roasted cashews (I used Momofuku hot honey but my local hot honey may be better) toss, roast til golden, immediately put in the fridge to cool
-tempeh bacon. Saute up I few pieces and crumble
-sauted Bok choy with garlic, soy sauce and chili crunch

Serve:
Place down a small bundle of noodles, top with veg, tempeh and nuts so it’s all pretty then store it around all messy like because it tastes better. I sometimes add green onions

Cons: ramen is not while grain, I ate way too many nutels. Otherwise delicious
