    Love that cookbook! Tonight I did chickpeas with red pepper, basil and shallots, and made bulgur wheat to go with it. Even the kids liked it!

    Everything looks absolutely delicious! I can practically smell the aromas through my screen. (Why hasn’t scratch & sniff tech become a thing?)

    Some of your pastas and rice look white. That’s something you’ll want to watch out for as you progress. It’s frustrating trying to find more bougie pastas in whole grain versions, though.
