I recently started the Mediterranean diet. Here’s my lunch today… (not the best photo, I was hungry)

It’s an Alaskan Sockeye wild caught Salmon fillet with half an avocado, rocket, cress and pine nuts. I made a quick dressing using a Greek EVOO from Crete, the juice of one lemon and some dried oregano. I definitely won’t go so heavy on the lemon next time but it was still delicious.
