Full disclaimer: had no plans to do both Monkey Bar and 4 Charles but got the 4C resy notification Sunday morning for Sunday brunch. Took it and ran. Burger definitely better at 4C. We sat outside in their very nice patio area, service fine probably better dinner time at Monkey Bar the night before. Would love to go back to 4C at dinner time and sit inside for that ambiance. Would not have done Monkey Bar had we known we would have gotten 4C

If I had to rank the pizza:
L’industrie > Joe’s > John’s — I think John’s needed a little more flavor, added some parm&oregano to the slice from Joe’s that made it just a tad better. John’s was still amazing, L’industrie was another level and really loved the vibe in there

If I had to rank the dinners:
Marea > Monkey Bar > Daniel
Really enjoyed all of them, the service was exceptional especially at Daniel, as to be expected. Food @ Daniel was just ok, nothing really STOOD out other than the veloute and the service. I realized I’m not a foie gras guy. Monkey Bar was just some good classic food, albeit definitely pricey for what it is. But really nice ambiance. Loved every thing about Marea, service, food, somm, bathrooms, ambiance.. outstanding

Lunches:
4C > Bar Room
We really just kinda snacked and had a bottle of white at the Bar Room. It was good but nothing crazy, good service they showed us the kitchen which was badass
