Not a thing to indicate that it is safe. No tested recipe, can’t tell that jars are sterilized, process seems dubious.
I’d steer clear.

In most states selling homemade canned goods is super strictly regulated. This guy can’t be doing this legally. Open Kettle canning is never the right answer.
