Hello joyful tribe and welcome back trust everyone is doing well today we’re making potato frittata this is another breakfast recipe you can add to your menu so to begin I’m going to peel the Irish potatoes you can also use sweet potatoes if you prefer after peeling

To cover this up and transfer into my oven for it to no oven no problem get a lid cover it up and allow it to cook slowly until it’s set but just before I transfer this into the oven I’m going to spread some peppers on it I have some red and green

Bell peppers use any variant that you have okay now cover this up and let it go in the oven I’ve preheated my oven to 400° F I’m going to go in now with the FR tter and let it go for about 10 to 15 minutes or just until it’s set like this
