We were in Miami for a weekend and snagged a res at Boia De. Tough table but well worth it – this was the best meal we’ve had in Miami.
Food – 5 stars – fantastic food. Smallish portions which we actually like so that we can try more variety. Everything was expertly prepared. The bufala ricotta gnocchi w/ black truffle was the star of the show (see 1st image). Rabbit pappardelle and beef tartare were both also notable.
Service – 5 stars – very friendly, knowledgeable, professional staff. We sat at the chef’s counter so the kitchen staff were serving us and describing the dishes to us directly which was cool
Ambience – 3.5 stars – oddly located in a shopping center next to a laundromat. Weird location for a 1 star place. Inside is nice enough but pretty casual and a bit cramped. Only 7-8 tables in the whole place, tiny kitchen.
Had a wonderful experience and loved every minute. 4.5 stars overall from me – highly recommend if you can get a res!
