in Lukewarm milk 300 ml
sugar 40g
yeast 7g
Flour 50g
to prepare the yeast
Rest  15 min 

Ingredients dough
Ad 1egg
Soft butter 50g
Flour( All purpose flour)500_550g(start low,add more if needed)
Salt 5g
Combine all together

Knead by hand for 5_10 minutes
Grease the bowl with oil
Put the dough in bowl
Rest 60minutes
Punch out gas
Spread and round like a ball
Divide the dough 2 parts
Round each portion like a ball
Cover and rest for 20 minutes
After rest
Spread each part well
Roll out each portion and shape
Put the rolls in oven tray

Cover and rest for 30 minutes
Until the rolls is puffy and doubles size
 
Lubricate the dough with milk
Sprinkle sesame seeds

Bake 20_25 minutes
18o °c
Or until they become nice
and golden brown color
