Rose Petal Pie with raspberry, strawberry, hibiscus, rose, and a pretzel crust

I hope fancy gelatin desserts make a comeback! This was lovely, light, floral and sweet with a little salty crunch from the pretzel crust. This is from Lark in Bala Cynwyd, PA.
