hi all, i tried canning black beans for the first time last night and i had a couple cases of siphoning. is this still safe to store and eat even though it’s not entirely covered in liquid? i followed the nchfp instructions.
also if anyone can provide some insight into why this happened that would be very helpful because i’m not sure where i went wrong. i let my canner cool overnight. thanks!
