From the advice of people in there I realized how far away from med diet I was. Decided to really focus on it this past month. This had been a go to for me. Sourdough, avocado with lemon juice and paprika, grilled jalapenos, raw purple onion, sprinkle of feta and side of bell pepper with eggs. Of course my egg broke the day I took a photo. I mix it up and have berries or mushroom over jalapenos. But this is the basis of it and it’s delicious
