This is a green pea pasta with onions and peppers and blackened sea scallops (and a bit of Parmesan). I sautéed the onions and peppers with a bit of garlic and red pepper flakes in EVOO. I used a Cajun seasoning and black pepper on the scallops before cooking them in a separate skillet. The green pea pasta was cooked according to package directions (salted water for five minutes). I pulled the pasta a minute before done and tossed it in with the onions and peppers. It was delish. Will do again.
