I'm very new to canning , and would like to can some tomatoes first ! However , I don't have the jars needed to do so . Can these work as substitutes ? If yes , are these safe for the 'Water Bath Method' ?
Thanks !

No, for any type of canning you need to have the proper lids that form a secure seal. These aren’t designed to reseal after being opened from the store.
