My go to meal prep each week –

Two cans chick peas
One block tofu (drained as much as possible)
Cherry tomatoes
Celery
Cucumbers
Calamata olives pitted
Black beans

Salt
Pepper
Parsley
Mint
Lemon juice
Olive oil
1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar (although I don’t really taste it much)

    Forgot to mention that this has so much protein in it. If you are looking for protein, this might be a good option!
