Whenever people say “all trucks are the same”, point directly to Indian King Biryani House in FiDi to refute. Offering South Asian style spiced chili chicken, Kati rolls, paneer plates, samosas, pulau and biryani rice options, and so many other unique options, it may not have the best standard lamb over rice in the city, but it’s got so many great options that in combination it’s a top tier truck and special in its own right. Don’t forget to tip!

  2. One of my favorite carts. Their Kati rolls used to be dirt cheap

Gotta check this place out! My go to is Mama’s on 51st and 7th. Similar vibes. Great kati rolls and their spices are definitely south asian-they put onions and cilantro and chaat masala on everything. Very good biriyani
