Red lentil rotini, feta, green peas, red and orange bell peppers, artichoke hearts, black olives, pepperoncini, cucumber, grape tomatoes

I used marinated artichoke hearts and dumped some of the marinade for a light dressing. Added Italian seasoning and cracked black pepper
