Steamed medium grain white rice, smoked salmon, canned salmon mixed with avocado mayo and Sriracha, carrots, cucumber, edamame, spinach, romaine, cilantro, green onion, furikake seasoning, Newman's Sesame Ginger dressing, crispy beet salad topper.

Is this authentic poke? Well obviously no. Was it delicious and saved me 20 dollars ordering pick up? Hard yes lol.

    I’ve been making Poke or Chirashi-inspired bowls for a while now. There is a Japanese market not far from where I live that has really good sashimi grade fish.

    It’s so simple too. Fish, rice, avocado, fresh carrot, cucumber and some radish kimchee or other “pickles”
