2 salmon filets (250 g/0,55 pound) Handfull of walnuts 1 tbs soy sauce 2 tbs honey salt and pepper to taste
a bunch of asparagus 1,5 tbs olive oil salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Turn the oven to 220C (430F) Seson the asparagus and lay them out in a single layer on a baking sheet. roast for 5-6 minutes. Take out the baking sheet and place the salmon filets next to the asparagus. Rub the salmon with soy sauce. Lightly season with salt and pepper. Crush walnuts onto the salmon. drizzle with honey. Place the baking sheet back in the oven and roast for about 10 minuts.
