I took a pound of chicken, 1/4 of a cup of soy sauce, 1/8th of a cup of honey, 3 tablespoons hot sauce, little less than a tablespoon of ginger, a lot of and put in a ziplock bag overnight. I then cooked on high for a couple of hours, I’ve been added an entire bag of sugar snap peas, about a cup of cashews and about a half a cup of water and cooked on low another hour. When it was done, Ivan added some premade, wild rice and seed mixed thing. Next time I will definitely go much heavier with the veggies however, I’m still trying to figure out how to cook them all day without the food getting mushy
