You all know how this one goes. Sliced garlic and good olive oil. Chilies (I used red Thai because that’s what I had on hand), fresh parsley, and a squeeze of lemon juice, pasta water. I also had some garlic toasted panko, so I tossed in a handful of that at the end for extra texture. Had it with a glass of Stoneleigh sauv blanc. Pasta was la Molisana linguine
