Wanted to share this place that I ate at today! It was amazing from first to last course and definitely one of the better fine dinings we ate.
Bread and butter. It was nice, hot and fresh.
Prawn tempura. Batter was light and crisp!
Foie gras with pear sauce and I think it’s toasted sugar? It’s not too sweet, so I would still count it as a savory dish. It’s definitely up there in my foie gras list. Fav in sweet foie gras is still el celler chocolate foie but this tops my savory one!
Wagyu beef. The other things are various sauces to eat with it. Wasabi mayo, normal mayo, corn and others which I can’t rmb lol. The roasted corn is amazing! My sis prefers the one at white grass but this was still good.
Sea bass with cheese. My mom ate it and said it was nice. The fish was so smooth.
Honestly I’m not sure what this is. Panacotta? The bottom part was my favourite for its rich chocolate flavour.
Crepe. This was amazing!!! It was thin and crispy and has a slight not overpowering smoky taste. It adds depth to the sweetness!
8/9. Petite fours. The chocolate truffle is very delicious as the truffle is very prominent. The biscuit was quite nice. The photo 9 dessert had lemon grass inside so it was quite different.
- I think it’s called Rizzling. Ok I sound very unknowledgeable in this aspect bc I’m not too interested in wine. But this one is one that I love! It’s sweet. A lot of recommended sweet wines aren’t sweet enough for me. This one was slightly sweet but the alcohol smell isn’t too overpowering so I love it.
Total was $750 for 4 people which isn’t too bad. Have tried lunch menus at the same price but not delicious.
