   Saw this too. The “3 oranges blenderized” confused me. Did you throw the whole peel in too? Pith and all?

   I’ve made a similar cake but the oranges are cooked first and seeds removed before blending

   What I love about this recipe is that I can use my favorite gluten free yellow cake mix and I bet it will be delicious
