I used only 1 pepper instead of 4, swapped zucchini for cucumbers, I added 1 tsp of dried turmeric to the pickling liquid, I used bernardin mixed pickling spice (1tbsp) instead of the spices in the recipe.
I am wondering if I’d be better off keeping these jars in the fridge since I made so many change?

I feel like cauliflower is an underrated and underused veg for pickling. It’s one of my favorites, and this looks amazing!
