Ingredients
1. 1/4 cup pasta
2. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
3. 2 Teaspoons Sugar
4. 2 Teaspoons KewPie Mayo
5. .5 teaspoon Shaoxing Wine
6. .5 teaspoon Premium Japanese Dark Soy Sauce
Recipe:
- Boil pasta in a big pot with 1.5 cups water.
- Put sugar, mayo, wine, and Soy into a bowl.
- Use a hand mixer to mix the mixture on medium for about 3 seconds.
- Drain your pasta and put it into the mixture.
- Put 2 tablespoon of butter into the pot.
- After 2 minutes pour the mixture with the pasta into the pot.
- Stir for 15 seconds.
Done!
Use the same heat source. That's why the butter only needs to be cooked by itself for only 2 minutes.

I shouldn’t have said put butter in pot. I should have said cook butter in pot on high.
Stirring at the end should be on lowest heat.
Interesting dish, but for the love of god–clean bowl before taking a picture!
