I finally got to try Eyval after reading the glowing reviews on Reddit- It lived up to the hype
I posted a few days ago about needing recommendations because the entire menu looked so good. We got a lot of things between two people, but still managed to finish everything

7. Tahdig
8. Lamb Ribs
9. Kabob Koobideh
Honestly, each dish was delicious; there were no weak points. I don’t have much experience with Persian besides Ravagh’s, but this made me want to try so much more.
Our favorites were the lamb ribs, the tahdig, and the salad:
– Lamb Ribs – The fatty lamb was cooked so well. The meat fell right off the bone, and my eyes rolled after the first bite. It was had some sweetness and some spice which just worked
– Tahdig – I never had this before, but I loved it more and more with each bite. I generally don’t like tomato based dishes, but loved how it ate with the crunchy cooked rice. I was very pleasantly surprised
– Salad – This salad was a quiet banger. I didn’t expect to be mind blown from a salad, but it had everything. It had heat, it was refreshing, the dates were addicting, etc. I could eat this everyday
Sofreh is on our list next!
