It turned out super delicious and it was fairly easy to make!

    I caramelized a red onion and some garlic in olive oil, then added a bit of a red chili and let that fry for half a minute. Then I added about 150g of smoked salmon and fried it as well.
    I put some thyme into the pan and squeezed a quarter lemon into it and let it fry for a few seconds before deglazing it with white wine and adding cream.
    I let that simmer for 1-2 minutes, seasoned it with black pepper and salt and garnished it with parmesan, half a slice of lemon and some more thyme.
