Leftover Sunday sauce:
Two tins crushed tomatoes
One tin tomato paste
Two onions
Pancetta
Garlic
Basil
Pepper
Salt
Red crushed pepper
Olive oil
Splash of rum to deglaze before adding time (usually red wine but was out)
Pasta:
Two ish cups all purpose flour
Two eggs
One egg yolk
Tablespoon milk (I know this is a bit rouge but trust me)
Salt
Brown hot Italian sausage, mix with sauce, reserve pasta water and al dente pasta to desired doneness.
This isn’t everything in detail but you get the idea. Any reccomendations?
