How freaking cute are these?
Lemon pans from temu – something I’ve been thinking about and they popped up!
There is lemon zest, juice and emulsion in the cakes. When done baking I made a lemoncello simple syrup to soak – next time I’ll pull out of the pans to soak. Yes the pans are different sizes 😩 (read descriptions better, Beth!) I think I like the bigger size ones.
I put limoncello in strawberries with sugar to macerate. I usually use orange liqueur.
