Came across this video today. I knew the part about subsidizing the US dairy industry to keep them at capacity for food security. But the part about the USDA mandating fast food chains to sell more cheese to support this system is wild. I have never had government cheese, does it taste like Velveeta?

While writing this but just before posting I looked up a video on Velveeta because I mentioned it. It is made from a bunch of different kinds of old cheeses ground up with added emulsifier? How is that legal? Didn't know recycled cheese was a thing. Bet they don't advertise that on the packaging!
