Chia seed pudding: 170g nonfat Greek yogurt, 3T chia seeds, 1/2c water, cinnamon and turmeric, 1 scoop protein powder, 1/2c frozen berries. I mixed everything together and topped with the berries and set it in the fridge overnight

Latte: Moka Pot espresso, 1/2c soy milk frothed with cinnamon and a tsp of honey
