I often get some nice cheeses served with my plate at a restaurant. This one in particular, called Leonardi makes the inside of my mouth experience a slight burning sensation.

Anyone know why this happens? Is that normal and part of the experience of this cheese? Or am I having some sort of reaction to ONLY this cheese (seems unlikely to me).
