This is my favorite dining experience in Las Vegas. It's the one experience I most recommend, and it really is about the experience as much as the food. The intimate, interactive atmosphere is great, with friendly staff and a great opportunity to have wonderful conversations with fellow diners.
The menu was the exact same as when I had it 5 months ago, with a couple minor differences in accompaniments and garnishes, except for a different meat main course. Unfortunately, the chuleton steak course I had last time was my favorite course and the braised wagyu beef cheek did not really compare. When I asked about it, I was told it wasn't a seasonal change, but rather based on the ability to source the same ingredients. However, I think Bazaar Meat at the Sahara has the steak that I was looking for.
As far as the food goes, everything is tasty, nothing is interesting just for the sake of being interesting. That being said, I think the single bites portion of the menu are better and provide more pleasant surprises than the composed dishes at the end of the menu.
For those who are interested, reservations are easier for 1 because they have an odd number (9) of seats.

Looks absolutely fantastic. Not a fan of the shovel though! Jose is a sweetheart, glad to see it looks technically on point and not just another vegas charade
